Reading through Matthew 6

Posted on December 23, 2024December 21, 2024 by Norm

This week (December 23-29, 2024) we are focusing on Matthew 6.
Pray for the Spirit of Jesus to speak to your heart.
Watch the Bible Project video below to recall the big picture.
Read this chapter through a few times, with silent reflection.
Make note of any words or sentences, thoughts or questions that arise.
What is one thing that especially stands out to you at this time?
Write this one thing down in the comments below.
In the next 6 days I will reflect further on some of these.
PRAYER
Lord, use these words to comfort, challenge and motivate me that I may grow stronger with you as I follow your way!

think about it!

The notion that religion is dull, stupid and sleepy is abhorrent to God, for He has created infinite variety and He loves to surprise us. If you are weary of some sleepy form of devotion, probably God is as weary of it as you are.
