Thanks TC. I think the hope was that FFs would lead to this, but in my experience you can’t organize this kind of experience from the top down. It has to come from within. If this is in your heart to experience this, find someone else in your FF – or any other group of Jesus followers – who want this too, and start doing it yourselves. As it grows organically, it will attract others who want it too. Where two or three gather in Jesus’s Name (with a heart and passion for what Jesus wants), there He will be also, and things will happen. At least, that’s how I see it.
I have been thinking about our Faith Family in Maranatha. We gather monthly for snacks and say hi hello how are you. Is that it?
Are we not to have a venue for getting to know one another deeper. Shall we not meet often and share and pray for each other’s burden and praise and celebrate each other’s answered prayer. Is this not where we have more encounters and encourage one another, build up one another express our love for one another. For Jesus said a new command I give you that you love one another and they will know you are my disciples-followers of Jesus Christ.
