I love what this guy is doing, mainly because it offers an alternative message to people who are slowly sinking in defeat, despair, difficulty, hopelessness.
As Christians our hope is not rooted in positive thinking, but a positive message can be the initial blessing that leads people to look towards Jesus instead of away from Him.
Acts or words of kindness – a cup of cold water, something to eat, financial assistance, a listening ear, an encouraging word – these are not enough to get people out of difficulty… but it’s a good place to start.
What if we as Christians started here, and began our conversations with people this way?
