1. The people were victorious in battle. The Lord their God had given them the victory. Joshua knew that and by his actions, acknowledged that. He had the people gather together and proclaimed God’s law for the people. He was saying Do this and Live! Whatever you do, do with the Lord your God!

   Help me Lord this day and every day to start and finish with You in all I do and say, and that You will be my Guardian and Guide along my journey of this day and every day! Help me in my living for Jesus always be a sacrifice of praise.

   We bring the sacrifice of praise
   Into the house of the Lord
   We bring the sacrifice of praise
   Into the house of the Lord

   And we offer up to You
   The sacrifices of thanksgiving
   And we offer up to You
   The sacrifices of joy
