    Observations:
    It is a prayer of one to another for God’s protection and strength so that all what is planned comes together so that together they can proclaim God’s goodness. The prayer warrior realizes what the Lord had done in the past. He also sees where some have put their trust in their own strength. However, he will – nope – they will continue to trust in God. They will stand on the promises and He will answer. T

    Application:
    At all times I need to be in prayer with God for He is my Aid. I need to be in His presence not only in the time of need but all the time. My plans can only prosper in Him. And the plans can only succeed if I put my trust in Him. Shout for joy. Lift the banners high. I am His and He is mine and His banner over me is love. And in that power I need to go forward each day. Walk and talk with the risen Saviour – putting my hand in His – that’s comfort. That’s peace. That’s rest. Give it all to Jesus.

    Prayer:
    Today God Is First. Help me walk in the Way in all I do and say. You are my Rock and Redeemer making me strong for service.

    When we walk with the Lord in the light of His Word,
    What a glory He sheds on our way!
    While we do His good will, He abides with us still,
    And with all who will trust and obey.
    Refrain

    Trust and obey, for there’s no other way
    To be happy in Jesus, but to trust and obey.

    Not a shadow can rise, not a cloud in the skies,
    But His smile quickly drives it away;
    Not a doubt or a fear, not a sigh or a tear,
    Can abide while we trust and obey

think about it!

The Christian ideal has not been tried and found wanting. It has been found difficult; and left untried.
