Observation/Application
The word of the Lord came to the prophet that the persecution should make th people return to the Lord for He is their Hope. their Shepherd.. He will His people back and He will forgive the remnant. Just do whatever I tell you. Hear the Word and Do the Word! He along can give rest.
See what the Lord is doing then and today. God visiting the peoples. He is the Chosen One and He leas the people but . . .
The people forsake their God but God remains the constant. He saves His people and His people need to tell the mighty acts of God. See what the Lord is doing..
Is the Lord defending our cause? Are we living His Way?
Remember the Lord.
Today is a day of the Lord.
His Way will be accomplished.
Do I see Him in the current events of this day?
God continues to work His wonders among the peoples of the world but do I have the eyes that see Him giving strength and direction to His people?
1. God gives His people strength.
If we believe in His way, He’s swift to repay
All those who bear the burden of the day
God gives His people strength.
2. God gives His people hope
If we but trust in His word, our prayers are always heard
He warmly welcomes anyone who’s erred.
God gives His people hope.
3. God gives His people love
If we but open wide our hearts, He’s sure to do His part
He’s always the first to make a start.
God gives His people love.
4. God gives His people peace.
When sorrow fills us to the brim, and courage grows dim
He lays to rest our restlessness in Him.
God gives His people peace.
