RIEMY SYTSMA
After a courageous battle with cancer, on Thursday, May 3, 2007 at her home in Uxbridge, at age 70. Riemy (nee De Wolf), beloved wife of Tony Sytsma. Loving mother of Louis Sytsma and his wife Tina, Cathy and her husband Peter Van Egmond, Bill Sytsma, Paul Sytsma and his wife Melanie, and Tony Sytsma Jr. and his wife Elisabeth. Riemy will be sadly missed by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear sister of Jetty and her husband Jelle Sytsma, Sietie and her husband Louis Sytsma, and Elizabeth and her husband Tom Vanderende, and sister-in-law of Nettie and her husband Ton Klein, and Ann (deceased) and her husband John Claus and his wife Agnes. Riemy will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews. The family of Riemy Sytsma will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, “McDermott-Panabaker Chapel”, 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Tuesday, May 8th from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. A Service to Celebrate her life will be held in the Hope Christian Reformed Church, 14480 Old Simcoe Road in Port Perry on Wednesday, May 9th at 1 p.m. with Pastor Norm Sennema officiating.
